When can we check in, when can we check out?
Check in: Wednesday, August 23 between 3:00pm-6:00pm
Check out: Sunday, August 27 at 11:00am

Which buildings will we be staying in?
Rooms are located in Campion Hall.

Where are the restrooms in relation to my room?
Shared restrooms are on the same floor as guest rooms. There are two bathrooms per floor.

Is there Wifi?
Yes, free wifi is easily accessible all over campus.

Is there a refrigerator available?
If you are staying on campus, you will have a tiny "microfridge" in your room as well as a small microwave. There is a kitchenette on each floor of Campion Hall.

What about parking?
Parking passes are required for parking on campus. You can purchase a parking pass for $6.00 per vehicle, per day at the front desk of your housing accommodations.

Meals ~ FAQ

Will meals be included in housing costs or separate?
If you purchase on campus housing, your package includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Where do we eat?
Conference partcipants will be dining at Cherry Street Market in the Student Center Building. There are options available for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets. Cherry Street closes at 1:30pm.

Can I purchase individual meals?
Yes. If you aren't staying on campus and thus don't have a meal plan, you can purchase individual meals at Cherry Street Market.

Cancellation Policy ~ FAQ

What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel by July 14, 2017, a $100 processing fee will be deducted from any refund issued. There will be no refunds issued for any cancellations after July 14, 2017.
