Renewal Instructions

Being a current 2016 member allows you to complete the whole renewal process online! The Plus membership button will pop up as you go through the process!

During Renewal, we experience a high volume of email and phone calls. Please be assured that all discounts will be honored, if you are not able to complete your renewal within the specified time period due to technical issues. Allow enough time to complete the whole renewal process including payment processing. We look forward to assisting you in the 2017 renewal process. 

Please read or print the following steps before beginning your renewal.
1. Log in. Click Member Login in upper right corner of screen. Enter your User Name (usually your email address) and password. If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot your password?” If you have any trouble retrieving your temporary password, please email for assistance, but first check to see if it has landed in your junk mail folder.
2. Update your Profile, Organization, and Directory settings. After logging in, on the left navigation menu, you'll see Points of Contact, and below it, links to My Profile, My Organization, My Directory Options, Membership Renewal, and Instructions for updating these. Please check that all your information is correct. 

RENEW NOW! After reviewing the following instructions. The instructions are repeated on the renewal screens.

  • Screen 1: Review Disclaimer carefully. You will be confirming that you meet membership and/or certification requirements, and you will be agreeing to terms of membership.
  • Screen 2: Review discounts and membership options. Select "Renew with Existing Membership Type" or “Renew with a Different Member Type at bottom of screen. (You will be allowed to select PLUS or Regular membership on the next screen.) Click "Next".
  • Screen 3:
    • Review rate options carefully, including PLUS membership options, and select rate.
      • 2016 PLUS members must select PLUS membership in order to continue professional liability insurance benefit for 2017.
    • For others who select 2017 PLUS membership and join before 12/31/2016, insurance coverage will be effective 1/1/2017-12/31/2017. If coverage is needed before 1/1/2017, contact
  • Select directory categories (Professional and Trainee Full Members only). You must select at least one category, in order to appear in the online directory.
  • Check the Enhanced Directory Option box, if applicable. (Applies to Professional and Trainee Full members only.) There is no charge for this option. If you do not check this box, your listing will have a smaller heading, and will not include the mapping or photo option.
  • Enter Promotional Code, if applicable.
  • Select payment method.
    • To pay with credit card, select "Register and Pay Online".
    • To pay by check, click Register & Bill Me. This will create an invoice, which you will be able to see on the left navigation, under My Invoices. Please mail check with invoice to the address shown.
