A Brief Message from the FEFNA Leadership

I am honored and humbled to serve—for now. Personally and professionally, it is my desire and intention to move from being one person wearing three leadership hats within FEFNA as soon as is responsibly feasible. These roles deserve individual attention, in my opinion. In the meantime, please know that I will serve FEFNA and our Feldenkrais community to the best of my abilities, given the resources presently available.
I am grateful for the guidance and support of our talented staff in Portland, OR and Wakefield, MA, our many volunteers, and our Feldenkrais community. Many people have helped clear, maintain, and blaze the path we’re now walking. Many thanks.
At this juncture, my vision for the next approximation of FEFNA includes:
- Continuing the work to establish a solid foundation of clarity, transparency, and best practices in order to support the development of FEFNA.
- Communicating regularly with FGNA members, the broader Feldenkrais® community, and donors about the activities taking place under the auspices of FEFNA.
- Collaborating with current and new contributors to build mindfully and skillfully on the FEFNA foundation.
As Moshe Feldenkrais taught, I hold the vision that together we are able "...to expand the boundaries of the possible: to turn the impossible into the possible, the difficult into the easy, and the easy into the pleasant."

I’ll be sharing more with you later this fall.
With gratitude,
