Provisional Certification - Certified Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement Teacher(CM)
The Certified Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement TeacherCM must renew certification with the Feldenkrais Guild® of North America annually. If you have let your certification lapse, or if you do not meet the professional practice or Continuing Competence requirements, you must apply for Provisional Certification.
To receive Provisional Certification, either:
- Complete the online form. After you complete it, it will be sent to the Guild; or
- Download and complete the Provisional Certification Application (PDF). Mail or fax to the address on the form.
