Reinvigoration of 2 Transformative Lessons from San Francisco Evening Classes
During Moshe Feldenkrais first training in San Francisco in the 1970s, Mia Sagan and Gaby Yaron taught lessons for the public which were wildly popular. These lessons serve as excellent templates for practitioners looking for source material with new and veteran students alike. While honoring the text of these timeless lessons, Frederick Schjang, GCFP, will offer new insights which give the lessons a more contemporary flavor.
One lesson will explore distal and proximal relationships in side lying.
The other will explore side-bending in multiple relationships to gravity.
Though designed as a pair, the lessons can be done independently.
