Gluing in the Lungs - Transformation through Variations in Breathing
In this seminal series of lessons, Dr. Feldenkrais offers us an opportunity to use our attention and the brain's ability to sense differences to create profound changes in our body organization by using variations in how we attend to breathe. We will travel inside the chambers of our lungs and find the potential volume and elasticity of our breathe and its effects on the spine, ribs, pelvis, head, and neck. Regardless of whether you are a runner, golfer, musician, yogi, Feldenkrais® practitioner or sit at a desk, you will love and benefit from these lessons!
“The brain is capable of a greater variety of patterns of situations than we actively employ; only those patterns become operative that the personal experience of self and the world have facilitated and made recurrent or potentially available.”
