Two Masters and One Nerd

The Question of Good Movement… ...can be answered by looking from different perspectives. “I prefer… to present to you another way of looking at things you already know…” Moshe Feldenkrais.  You will gain insight into how Moshe Feldenkrais’ history as a Martial artist and his own insights about human evolution and development laid the foundations of the Feldenkrais Method of somatic education. Experimenting with ATM® and FI® lessons and martial arts practices, you will discover how ideas about reversibility, skeletal transmission of force and neuroscience can immediately refine your skill. Meet us at the crossroads of the Feldenkrais Method® of somatic education and the Martial Arts for some lively exchange that is bound to knock your mindset off balance.
