Your Vagal Nerve System, Why the Feldenkrais Method Is So Important

You know the saying, “What’s Old is New Again,” this is the same with this very old nerve called the Vagal Nerve. It is so old it has become the newest hottest topic of discussion among scientists and medical professionals, realizing they can help people with many types of health and wellness needs. It is involved in digestion, blood pressure, heart functioning, and mental health wellness. It is part of your ease to sleep, and your ability to bounce back with mental and physical resilience after trauma. Your whole health depends on it.

In this class you will learn how to use the Feldenkrais Method® in very specific ways to increase your Vagal Tone and health potential. We will do Awareness Through Movement® lessons and hands-on Functional Integration® on yourself and with each other in some new and eye-opening ways. Come join us for this half day of making a difference in your health.
