Easier Reaching: expanding your comfort zone

This lesson is designed to help you reach more easily by exploring how we can incorporate and coordinate more of ourselves into action. During this lesson I will weave in the idea of “physical metaphor”and at the end offer a question for contemplation coming from a place of most likely having an expanded “comfort zone”.

Marsha has been helping people improve how they move for over 30 years. She graduated from the Berkeley3 in 2003. In her private practice clients range from young children to older adults who have a variety of movement-related reasons for seeking her out. Online she is offering a program called “A Year of Moving Well: movement and mindfulness for a year well lived”. Her ATM for the conference is inspired by this program. Marsha lives and works in Bainbridge Island, WA.
