Member Renewal & Profile Update Instructions ARCHIVE 1/30/2015

Are you a 2014 Professional Member? You can renew your membership online.
The Fast Track to Renewal steps listed below include the minimum required steps. It's also important that you review the rest of the instructions regarding your Online Directory listing to ensure your listing is as you wish it to appear.
 

If you would like to renew your membership at your current level, please continue with the online process. Current Professional Members who would like to add the Plus Membership Option may also continue with the online process.

If you would like to change your membership level, or if you are not currently a member, please contact Zofia Eker, FGNA Membership Specialist, at 781-876-8935 extension 1 or at membership@feldenkraisguild.com.  When you call, please be sure you have several minutes to walk through the renewal process with Zofia. Fast Track to Renewal (Please read or print these steps before leaving this screen.)
 
Step 1. Login – Click Member Login in upper right corner of screen.  You'll need a temporary one-time password which you get by clicking "Forgot my password”. Enter the email address you use in your directory listing (on https://www.feldenkrais.com/practitioners/find/). Check your email to get the password. (If you don't receive it, you might check your junk mail folder.) Then, return to the Member Login page and log in.  

Most members are able to log in successfully by this method, but if you are not, please email membership@feldenkraisguild.com and we will reply with your Username and a temporary password. (We are experiencing a high volume of email and phone calls. Please be assured that all discounts will be honored, if you are not able to complete your renewal within the specified time period, due to technical issues.) 
 
Step 2. Update Your Information. After logging in, you'll see a screen that looks like the image below. On the left side of your screen, you'll see Points of Contact, and below it, links to My Profile, My Organization, My Directory Options, Membership Renewal, and these instructions. Before renewing, it's important that you:

A. Change your password
in My Profile.
B. Select your location display preferences: Check the appropriate Address and Map checkboxes at the bottom of the screen in My Directory Options. (See details below.) SAVE CHANGES (bottom right) before leaving My Directory Options!
C. Confirm that your listing appears correctly by choosing Find Practitioners in the navigation menu at the top of your screen, and searching for your listing. This is what the public will see when the website goes live. (See Step 4 for instructions on changing your listing. The contact information in your main listing comes from My Organization, not My Profile.)



Step 3. Click "Membership Renewal" (link in the menu on the upper left side of screen).

  • Review discounts and membership information, and make a note of any promotional code that applies. You will enter it on the next screen.
  • Select "Renew with Existing Membership Type". (You will be allowed to select PLUS or Regular membership on the next screen.) If you wish to make other changes in your membership type, please Contact Us. The system is not yet able to process changes in membership type.
  • Click "Next" and review information carefully. Select rate and directory categories.
  • Check the Enhanced Directory Option box, if you would like your listing to include the features described on the screen. 
  • To pay with credit card, select "Register and Pay Online". To pay by check, click Register & Bill Me. This will create an invoice, which you will be able to see on the left side of your screen, under My Invoices. Please mail check with invoice to the address shown.

Step 4. Complete your profile, organization and directory settings. You may return to this after completing your renewal, or do it as you proceed through the renewal steps.

Please take a moment to read the steps below to learn about important choices for your Online Directory listing. On our new website, you will have the option to display your street address, and to have your address displayed on a map. To protect your privacy, all street address information is currently hidden. Please read the following instructions carefully.

A. Complete "My Profile" 

  • Change your password. Record your username and password for future reference.
  • Your street address must appear in the first “Street Address” box for your street address to appear correctly on the map.  If your business name appears here, you may move it to the next box for “Street Address (Cont)”
  • Please do not opt out of receiving email notifications. If you opt out, you may not receive information from FGNA that is important to your membership and certification.
  • Additional Locations in My Profile are used to store mailing and shipping address, if different from Profile Contact Information. To add an additional location to the Online Directory, see My Organization below. 
  • Save Changes!
  • Please Note: The contact information in My Profile does not appear in your main directory listing. It appears in a pop-up "business card" by clicking on your name in your listing. To change your main listing, go to My Organization.

B. Review "My Organization" (link in the menu on the upper left side of screen). This is the primary content for the body of your Online Directory listing.  Information such as your phone number, email address, website and a description of your Feldenkrais practice will be displayed to the public.  Please be sure it is listed as you wish it to appear. Save changes!
 
C. Complete "My Directory Options" (link in the menu on the upper left side of screen).

  • To select multiple directory categories- press Control key on PC, Command key on Mac.
  • Under Directory Display Options/Organization and Primary Information, check the appropriate Address and Map checkboxes at the bottom of the screen to display and map your street address, city, state, postal code and country. 
  • Save changes!
