For over 30 years, I have had the honor of guiding individuals on a journey of self-awareness to cultivate musculoskeletal integrity, nervous system self-regulation, and a deeper sense of who they truly are. I draw on my background as a kinesiologist, somatic educator, dancer, and writer, as well as my academic training, which includes a Master of Exercise Science and a second Master’s in Spiritual Psychology. As a certified Feldenkrais® practitioner since 2004, I integrate movement science with sensory awareness to help people experience a more dynamic and effortless relationship with gravity and their environment. Through somatic practices, energy passes, and attentive guidance, I support individuals in finding the root causes of pain and dissipating it—improving functional movement, increasing range of motion, enhancing stability, expanding breathing capacity, and fostering a sense of ease within themselves. My years of study with Carlos Castaneda allow me to blend the work of Moshe Feldenkrais with ancient teachings, offering a unique pathway toward wholeness, personal power, and a more vivid experience of everyday life.
