FAQs

Can I add insurance at any time?
Yes, you can add insurance at any time during your membership period, from January 1st through December 31st. However, please note that coverage will begin only from the time of purchase. Insurance fees are NOT prorated.

Can I add an additional insured?
Yes, you can add an additional insured. To make this request, please call HPSO at 866-461-1227, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

When will I receive my certificate of insurance?
Insurance requests are processed on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month. If you make a purchase between those dates, your request will be processed during the next available period. After HPSO processes your request, you should receive your certificate via email within 5 business days. Certificates are emailed automatically, and no hard copies are sent. If you need a hard copy, please call HPSO at 866-461-1227, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

I can't find my certificate in my email, even though it's been sent.
Please check your spam or junk folder. The certificate is sent from Insurance_Services@Affinityinsuranceservices.com. Add this email to your safe sender list to prevent it from being marked as spam. Look for the subject line: Certificate of Insurance.
