Current Bylaws

On January 26, 2026 the FGNA Board of Directors approved amendments to Article 11 of the FGNA Bylaws, to take effect on April 26, 2026:

Proposed Bylaw Amendment 2026

The proposed amendments would:

• Remove the requirement for nominations to be presented at the Annual Meeting so that the election cycle could be independent of the Annual Meeting.

• Remove the requirement for ballots be mailed within 30 days of the Annual Meeting.

• Move nominations and elections procedures from the Bylaws to FGNA policies.

If written opposition is received from at least 35 Voting Members by February 26, 2026; the proposed amendments will be voted by the membership. Notice of opposition should be sent to membership@feldenkraisguild.com, with the subject "Bylaws Amendment Opposition".

The Board also approved revisions to the following two policies. The first page of each document includes a summary of the revisions. The policy revisions will take effect on April 26, 2026, subject to the Bylaws amendments being adopted on that date.
